Level of care that exceeds 180 points
Once a resident exceeds 180 points, the level of care is priced at the Level 7 rate, plus the additional amount per point.
Levels of care can move up or down based on current care plans as they are updated. Notice will be given with the updated care plan and the pricing is effective immediately.
Facility wide rate increases are generally done on a yearly basis. A thirty day notice is given with any facility wide increase.
